others. The Alliance is also a corps of leading-edge professionals
from many disciplines, united in the common aim of personal and
professional excellence and transformation.

How
does the Alliance operate?
|
|
Corporate
interaction usually begins with:
- A discovery consultation.
- If
further interaction after the discovery consultation is desired,
the best strategy and interaction options are explored, often
during a subsequent meeting.
- A
customized master action plan is then prepared by the Alliance
and presented.
- The
proposed action plan is reviewed, revised as necessary and agreed
on.
- The
selected improvement/transformation project begins.
Ongoing
corporate interaction usually consists of a combination of on-site,
telephone, email and fax. The Alliance also offers a variety of
customized, exclusive Leadership Alliance Retreats™, public
seminars and ongoing training programs. Our personal coaching
programs and interactions operate in much the same way as our
corporate programs, offering the option of a free, initial discovery
consultation.
